★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my mom to see Dr Chan Suet Mei. There were many people but the centre is very systematic. Dr Chan Suet Mei was very friendly & patient, she did a very thorough check for my mom who has tearing and blur eyes problem. She also explained my mom’s condition in simple terms with pictures so my mom can understand the condition. She also explained the possible treatment options and gave a rough idea on the costs. The centre has a lot of facilities and various tests and scans can be done on the spot. Will definitely recommend my friends & families to come here for any eye related issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure whether the star rating will have any affect since it ALWAYS full of ppl and apparently everyone say this place is good. Well, first time visit with Dr Jane which took 1 hrs and 30 min and she explain accordingly on my situation...no issue at all. But when it come to my follow up appointment that confuse me, which should be 1130am but you still have to wait for 2 hrs 45 min for the whole process till complete payment. I would give only to Dr Jane 5 star for helping me to recover my eyes issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my customized LASIK surgery here few days ago and I would say that it was an amazing experience. I was lucky to have Dr. Chan Suet Mei as my surgeon as she is quite nice and friendly. I was briefed on the operation beforehand and during the operation, Dr. Chan would inform me on what will be done and how I might feel before proceeding to the next step. This is quite helpful in calming me down during the operation. Thank you Dr. Chan and the staffs for their professionalism. I can see clearly without glasses now! Highly recommended to those who wish to have LASIK surgery. Trust me, you wouldn't regret!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's nothing more assuring than a confident doctor and that's what I felt when I first met Dr Chan as she explained everything about the procedure, from the scans needed to check if my mom was eligible to the actual procedure and to the post-procedure care. She has a very clear philosophy of eyecare and is not just a doctor pushing for procedures to be done. All the scans and checks were done in a very systemic manner, barely any wait time by professional staff. All costs were also explained to me very clearly from the beginning and there was no push or pressure to get the procedure done. Overall, it was a superb and pleasant experience at the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite a long waiting hours, their service was very good. Dr Yong was very polite and gentle. He did thorough check up to my eyes although the infection was only on my right eye and gave a clear explanation with the pics of my infected eye. The fee is very reasonable too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the long waiting due to the crowds, they have a clean and comfortable environment. My doctor in-charged was Dr Chan Suet Mei for my severe red-eye, she was very professional as she was able to predict how my eye will be turning into in the next few days, and it did turn into what she said. In this case, I was able to do some preventions as well as protections, so my eye recovered very quickly and it did not spread to the other eye.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my grandma's cataract surgery here for both her eyes. price is reasonable. the facility is tiptop and the staff are all friendly and easy to talk with. my grandma was hesitant at first but after meeting Dr Jane she agreed to do the surgery. She even start to recommended this place to her peers. Did not have any issue at all ; pre and post surgery. you just have to be patient bcz theyre busy all day. But the waiting area was comfortable so no problem in that. Thank you Dr Jane and Ipoh Eyes Specialist's staff. Glad we do it here. No regrets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very recommended. Affordable and drs are all nice professional calming and very thoughtful. The first check up takes time around 3 hours. The procedure is relatively quick. Very crowded in the ground floor. Accept qr pay. Parking slightly limited. not sure if we caught covid there.
