★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my eye check up today, after going through my Relex Smile in Optimax TTDI last year October, my recovery was slow (as compared to other patients), it took a few months... However, my results today proven that my eyes have recovered totally...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I likes this PPV is not crowded with people. They are follow SOP to ensure everyone are safe. I believe the hard work came from their employees doing proper planning and scheduling. They can schedule more people in 1 time slot but they are NOT. They are putting priorities on visitors (people who come for vaccine). Stay safe with social distance, reduced risk (reduce crowded). Give respect to their employees. I’m happy with their helpful attitude and also problem solving spirit in this pandemic situations. Really appreciated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible PPV for a booster shot. Despite being given an appointment on 15th Dec 2021 @3.30pm, when I and a few others arrived at the centre around 3pm was informed that they ran out of vaccines and to come back tomorrow!! The audacity of it! What kind of a PPV is this?? It's not a case of a walk-in patient, this is by appointment. How can you not have enough vaccines? Are you kidding me? I took time off from work for this and such a lackasaidal attitude from the centre staff. Do you think we are all sitting around shaking our legs at home to simply show up the next day on a whim??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a wonderful experience for my booster dose! The staffs there really friendly, caring even can feel there’s sincerity to serve the community. There are Lion Club volunteers in ppv centre too! Truly appreciate to Optimax and volunteers for all the efforts during this pandemic ? Well done! ??

My utmost appreciation goes to Dr. Suresh for his wonderful service on top of his excellent expertise and sincere friendliness . Details were being explained right to the core of the eye problem. The explanation easy to understand and very helpful. Overall, such a pleasant experience for me. Thanks Optimax for making my dreams of having the 'perfect' vision comes true.
