★ ★ ★ ★ ★ too bad to have to write this yet my ONLY good experience here was being attended by staff by name marcus. even the other female staff wasnt helpful. the moment they realised your device was out of warranty you shall expect below standard level of customer service. their respond also quite sarcastic and mocking. another major drawback here is the incompetence level of their technician. again i would like to stress here NEVER judge your customer beforehand yet better still NEVER judge them at all. you wont know who's stepping in at your doorstep
