★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with their service. Pros: if your device is still not functioning properly after repairs, you can send it back to them without extra charges. Cons: Bad communication with customer; don't answer phone calls sometimes, late with replying messages, sometimes they don't reply at all. Rarely inform on updates. Some of their staffs are friendly, but some are rude. If you want to send your devices for simple repairs, this shop would be fine. But for more complicated repairs, I would not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here today (assuming this is the same Fix Pro I Repair on the ground flr, same row with Kedai ustaz) to get my 7 yr old kid's phone repaired, screen kindof popped out of the phone due to a lot of throwing around when he gets over excited with his cartoons? went to other shops and got quotations in the region of hundreds of RM to change the lcd screen of a really old outdated phone. Stopped at this shop, this young gentleman helped pop the screen back in for free n its functioning normally again.. He literally refused to take any money for the service! Thank you to this kind young man, may Allah bless you with an abundance of rezeki InsyaAllah ! Highly recommended.
