★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional, friendly and polite staff. Very organized and clean. Kenneth cut my hair way better than the model I showed him. He was very caring and very patient, he explained to me my options and even gave me so many useful tips that can change my entire hair style. Never had such a nice experience with a hair salon before. Quite satisfying. To be fair, they got the whole package of everything you need in a hair salon. Definitely will visit them soon. Definitely recommended :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenneth and Michael (Directors) are excellent stylists, both for color and cut - top notch salon that doesn't feel stuck up and unfriendly, very welcoming and unprententious yet professional.
Kenneth won the Wella Trend Vision Award 2016, going on to represent Malaysia for the Wella Color Vision Award in Barcelona, both of which I had the privilege of modeling for him.
He is not only a very gifted colorist - fixing the highlighter-esque bright yellow, blue and green hair I came in with to a chic and versatile gradient of purple-silver that could be parted either side for different looks - but also exceptionally kind, patient and warm. His team at Ish are equally friendly and also very talented, such as stylist Kay Ruel - notably an up and coming fashion designer as well - who assisted with my hair and the competition.
Kenneth also works closely with talented hand chosen makeup artists, stylists, manicurists etc (if so required) and will not have a problem envisioning and assembling the perfect look to suit your occasion and style - of which he is highly observant toward.
Not many clients have been such a pleasure to work for. I highly recommend Ish Salon with total confidence you'll emerge feeling it was well worth the money. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re a curly haired gal like me, PLEASE GO TO ISH AND BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH KENNETH. I’ve been in Malaysia for about 7 years, Goldilocks-ing my way through Klang Valley in search of the perfect hairdresser and Kenneth is definitely the one. Literally the best hairdresser I’ve been to amongst Malaysia, UK and Australia. Yes he’s that good!!
Unlike many hairdressers in KL who want to straighten my curls or love to give me what I call ‘triangle head’ (curlies you know what I’m talking about!), Kenneth really appreciates and understands how to bring out the beauty in your curls. I’m a pretty indecisive person and love that he gives you really good feedback on what styles/cuts work for me. Even if I want to try something else which he has warned me against, he’ll do his very best to make it work (even though he was right ?).
In terms of customer service, I really loved Kenneth and Ayun. They had such a great vibe that almost makes me wanna get my hair cut every week hahaha. They are also happy to recommend products that they’re selling that they think will work for you if you ask, but are not pushy whatsoever.
I haven’t tried any of their other services so I can’t comment, but I’m sure I wouldn’t be disappointed with any of them. Well worth a visit.
