bila dh sign aggrement layan macam sampah. mintak follow up pun slow. alasan ckp ISUZU Malaysia boleh bagi kereta bulan 3/2022.
Service hancur.
 Before the deal agreed. Promise the stars and the moon can speak at the end of month 1 or the beginning of month 2.
when dh sign aggrement serve kind of garbage. ask for slow follow up. reason ckp ISUZU Malaysia can for car month 3/2022.
Service is broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just took dmax from this showroom. I've find their salespeople are not reliable in providing accurate information. They can't differentiate the diesel grade and call it euro 2 & euro 5, euro 5 replaced all euro 2, now only difference is B7 or B10/B20. Also first time I hear engine no need break in, unlike other brands. The day when I take my car, I ask whether washer fluid got water inside? They confidently says yes but kosong in the tank. Encourage us to pump B7 diesel and then I ask whether full tank diesel pumped is B7, he hesitated and said yes. (Actually the PIC didn't know because it wasn't him that pump the diesel, if not sure then just say not sure let me check). It makes me difficult to trust them anymore. When I went back to the showroom to ask for help, both the salesperson at the door didn't even look me in the eye as I described my problems, keep asking "who's your salesperson", as if it's not my problem don't bother me. They also bad mouth other brands constantly and say they are the best, it's really subjective on who is the best. On the bright side, they took responsibility by offering to solve my after sales issue. I suggest management provide more training for the staff and set a ground rules on what can be said and what to avoid, put their company's reputation above themselves. I trust SV prestige can do better.
