Almost perfect Yakitori you could find here. Various of menu selection include Yakitori, side dishes and main dishes as well. Despite the price a bit pricey, overall still great food and service.

It's a mix bag, deco and ambient is actually above average. Food is slightly above average too, it's 'traditional' japanese cuisine without pork. Price is slightly higher than average similar joints. The things that's bugged me were. 1, servers are busying chatting at the counter and serving is not their main objective. Perhaps I'm bias, since this is my first visit, maybe they are celebrating something great. 2, servers' hairnets are purely decorative, most of 5he hair are outside the hairnet and some are inside my don. 3/5 mainly for the deco and ambient, at least they bother to play some Japanese songs, but the chatting overpowered the zen.

Reservation is required for peak hours. The restaurant is fully booked. The menu is extensive but it is a bit pricey. I have had better yakitori but this place is decent. Service is good and quick.

Menu is without pork, TBH the rice and ramen set is not up to par and does not worth the price. The highlight thing is the oden Daikon and prosperity chicken. Quite pricey, might have better options at others place.

Staff/Service : Very friendly and polite Environment : The seated is private table with curtain can chill without caring others sighten. Price : Expensive(especially oden) , we have ate almost RM200 by 2 of us, but without having main meal Beverages : I like izakaya because its have highball, of cuz this place so have it, but I need to drive so didn't tried it yet. Food taste : We have some yakitori parts, some quite nice some abit normal. Oden ingredients and soup not bad also. Just I feel abit weird of the sauces, so mostly I ate by original taste. Overall, nice supper!

Previously known as toridoki, they have upgraded the place, created more private dining rooms and also upgraded the price! The salad is still the same quality, and chicken soup size has shrunk. Also tip: only green tea is refillable , if you order other teas it’s on a per cup basis. Would give 5 stars if not for the horrendous parking conditions (yes they have a valet service but I still prefer to drive myself)

The name has changed to Itsumo but that is the good old Toridoki for you. Same location, same great service, same excellent food. I think these are among the best yakitori you can find in KL and possibly Malaysia, especially the juicy and succulent hatsu, bonjiri, liver and the thighs are amongst my all-time favorites. The radish salad and the tamago are also extremely satisfying. Forget about taking the car to come here though, get a grab instead as parking in the neighborhood is a real nightmare.

Formerly known as TORIDOKI. Itsumo is part of the same restaurant group that owns the amazing Kyomo (FKA Shin Nihon) and Kingyu, both of which are Wagyu specialists in the same area. Itsumo is a Japanese restaurant that specializes in charcoal grilled chicken (Yakitori). Prices are on the higher end, but not extortionate. Pork-free as alcohol is served. Visited 29/1/22 for lunch. Bookings are highly recommended. Free valet parking is offered during dinner sessions. If you are coming for lunch, consider parking at Galleria instead and save yourself the mental anguish. Service: 5/5 The staff are incredibly warm and friendly. We were seated immediately in a private dining space. Food came very quickly. Orders are made via the QR code given. Beverage refills were also prompt. --- Food: 4/5 We tried a wide variety of dishes at Itsumo as it was our first time dining there. Japanese Cucumber with Homemade Sesame Oil: Amazing! The freshness was outstanding. I believe they utilize veg from Cameron Highlands. The cucumber was not cut symmetrically, ensuring a unique mouth feel with each bite. The sesame dressing was spot on. Simplistic bliss at its finest. Salt and sesame oil is the perfect umami bomb for this dish. Tori Karaage: Incredibly well done. I always look for a hint of ginger in my karaage as it really brings out the flavour of thigh meat. Itsumo's cooks nailed it. Perfectly crispy utilizing potato starch. I would have liked a smidge of Japanese mayo but the lemon did the trick! A bit steep for the portion though. Negima (Japanese Leek and Thigh Skewer): The smoky aroma of the charcoal is all-encompassing here. The skin was crackly crisp as it gave way to the juicy meat within. The leek lent a fragrance to the dish overall and helped 'cut' through the richness of the skin and thigh. A must have when dining here. Tsukune (Japanese Meatball Skewer: We tried this in two different preparations. The first was grilled with salt and topped with a blend of ponzu and daikon. Delicious and light on the palette. The second was grilled with their signature sweet sauce. Delightfully sweet-savoury. Both are must tries here. Chicken Gyoza: Nothing to shout about here. Slightly better than average. A portion of only 4 dumplings. However, it is served on a hotplate - allowing the browning on the underside to really develop. This lends a great texture to the dish. The filling was standard. The dipping sauce was splendid! Charcoal Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Don: FANTASTIC! Thigh meat is grilled over charcoal, glazed with an amazing teriyaki sauce, and then pilled on top of high-quality Japanese rice. The smoke that is infused within the chicken is incredible! One of the best chicken teriyakis you'll find around KL. Chicken and Vegetable Tempura Don: This was a first time for me. I never associated chicken with a tempura batter. Cameron Highland vegetables, an egg, and breast meat are fried tempura style before being drizzled with a finger-licking worthy sweet sauce. As with the Chicken Teriyaki don, its topped upon a bed of Japanese rice. The vegetables were outstanding. Easily some of the best you'll find in KL, short of going to Tenmasa. The chicken was a mixed bag for me. It was nothing to shout about - it slightly lacked salt. However, it was an interesting idea and I think it would be a nice quick lunch item. Overall, really well executed Japanese dishes at Itsumo. Don't skip the yakitori. Expect a three figure bill for two if you are ordering ala carte. Its possible to stay below that if you are ordering the lunch menu items.
