โ โ โ โ โ Extremely horrible service, I was told the office will be closed at 1:30 and can walk in. When I reach there at 11am they turn me home asking to come tnrw. Wasting my time and money. We people travel from very far and working . 2 hours only they working for a day? Useless

โ โ โ โ โ I'm so happy. I just got my passport with visa. Submitted my application on 4 april and ask them to post it to me because I'm from Kelantan. Today 10/4/22, i got it already. And if any of you thinking to visit this india visa centre by taking grab, don't type ivs global india visa centre as it will take you to the wrong place. But instead search for wisma chase perdana, it will take you to the correct place.

โ โ โ โ โ Came round 9.30 so parking was easy. Had to wait round 30mins for submission. The frustrating part was waiting for finger prints and payment which felt eternity. Staff are friendly and helpful though.

โ โ โ โ โ counter asked rm101 for visa but when check the resit only stated rm98.56.
better check carefully your application form especially on name column. must follow exactly passport. if not you will be charges rm70 for correction.

โ โ โ โ โ Because the office is small, the officers should allocate their own personnel to control the throng rather than relying on Rela's. The queue begins at 8:00 a.m. and the application closes at 11:00 a.m. Except for one WhatsApp number that is badly managed, there is no proper contact support team, either general helpline or email id that can be reached.
Only cash payments are accepted at the counter, which is extremely inconvenient given that we are heading toward QR Pay technology. Visa processing takes 4 working days, and you won't know the status of your application until you walk in between 4.00 and 5.30 p.m., which is completely unacceptable.
Their employees speak negatively about consumers because they believe people come in to argue when your processes are actually broken. VIPs and 'under table' money individuals are given priority above transparency and ethics. From filling out documents to assisting consumers, money is everything. Total thumbs down, and they need to tighten up their management to better serve their customers!

โ โ โ โ โ Dishonest and unacceptable.
On WhatsApp I asked them that if my previously approved 5 years e-visa which I did on 2020 can I use them or need to apply newly again.
They reply that if sticker visa i can use but if e-visa then I must apply new.
I contact e-visa government via email and they replied I can use it.
So this is completely misleading and they want to take the visa fee again. Why? Such a cheap.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff are friendly and very very helpful. But please ensure that you have all the required documents with you. If you are applying for anything other than a Tourist Visa, ensure all relevant letters from both the Malaysian Company and the company in India are stamped. (Refer to the photo)

โ โ โ โ โ I was at this place yesterday at 8.45am and was totally impressed with how fast the queue was moving. The person at the counter (it's pity that i didn't get his name) was polite to each and everyone. He greets you with a 'good morning' and goes through the details of the forms carefully. If you have not filled up the forms online, he says 'no worries' Please go to counter 9, make a payment of RM20 and then you can submit the forms. If you don't have proper photographs, no worries, you pay and you can have your photographs taken there. This is a man who is servicing a non-stop flow of people (some with complete forms and many with incomplete details). I get a number and my application was processed within minutes. The counter guy who processed my application was very polite too. Generally, all the counter staff had a approachable face which is such a welcome. My experience was nothing but pleasant. Kudos to IVS Global India Visa Centre for the top notch and superb service!!
