★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedai baking yang paling best pernah saya pergi, almost everything you need is there. Vibe selalu tenang je sebab owner pasang lagu² yang tenang or zikir. Layanan owner sangat-sangatlah baik & peramah orangnya jadi mana² yang mengatakan owner kurang ajar dsb sangatlah tak diterima akal. Mereka tak pernah lekang senyuman pada customer, jadi bila mereka marah pasti ada yang tak kena pada attitude customer. Semoga terus success Iwana Baking Solution ?
The best baking shop I've ever been to, almost everything you need is there. Vibe is always calm because the owner puts on a calm song or remembrance. The owner's service is very, very good & the people are friendly, so who says the owner is rude, etc. is very unacceptable. They never smile at the customer, so when they are angry, there must be something wrong with the customer's attitude. Hope you continue the success of Iwana Baking Solution ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store had a meltdown today. I was a passerby and I overheard the owner and the daughter screaming to the customers with such petty reason.
Whatever the customers did, I am more than sure that it can be settled in silence and respect. Owners should not be screaming to its customers or saying cynical things like “Eh kalau kau tak beli, ramai lagi orang lain nak beli”.
You need to release your pent-up anger elsewhere, not to your customers. I’m not trying boycott this store, but owner surely need to improve communication skills.
Reconsider this and think before you talk.
