โ โ โ โ โ I called customer service to help with my clogged manhole at my outlet, they promised to call me back to set up my service appointment, i waited until 5, no one called me. I called them back and they said to me the office had already closed and she suddenly said she's in KL and instantly hung up on me without any farewell? For the first time in my entire life, a customer service hung up on me. Like i didn't know they could be this low. Their ethic is the worst.
