Horrible service, zero star. Called 2551155 to enquire closing of account. The lady on the phone was unhelpful, impatient and can't wait to hand up the phone. TNB provides excellent service with fast response and I can close account online, LAP needs me to go to the office in person. LAP needs to learn from TNB how to provide efficient customer service.

Desperately bad service, even normal shop open another counter during peak hours just one counter with nothing systematic after reach at counter staff simply redirect to bring additional info, personally I have call and get the Info once arrive asking me additional documents I believe they should have alternative method. Frustrating people in rush staff just walking with own sweet time guard doing better than them

Called on 21st Aug 2020 11 am, to ask on how to change the water bill name but no one answer the call after transfer, it had been AT LEAST 6 times, really waste of time, every time they just put me in the call waiting music. When i finally got my turn, the officer just hangup. Not to mention that the toll free number was not working and when highlight to relevant staff they just deny it. Can LAP have a better way to work? This is really not acceptable.

I forced to comment with 1 star since there are no selection for zero star!! The worst careline I called ever! I am very angry with the attitude the guy that pick up my call. I called to ask for water bill in very polite ways but he answered me like I owing him hundred thousand never paid. Very rude and impatient。 Please la, dont work as customer service if you are impatient and dont willing to work. The worst ever!

LAP not qualified even with a star... all staff are rude, so start paying bill online since many years ago. And now more worst... no notice was given if there a area no water supply. Once is CNY eve when everyone start cooking dinner. That time I have to ask my family bought a few gallon mineral water. still remember till todat.. until all the mineral water supply oso out of stock. N now most of the time is when dinner is start to prepare the water supply will cut off. LAP,AP.....watwr we pay, but ur services is suck.

4th Nov 2021 - Deepavali : Taman Istana. Water cut from 12 noon. No notice was provided. Confirmed with one other resident in the Taman and they had no water too. Called 15353 at 12.55pm - Ring long time, even telling me I am first in the queue, no answer. Pressed 2 for a call back, and "presto" a lady appeared at the other end. Informed her of no water at my house. Was informed that an "independent" contractor was doing work that affected this supply. The supply was to be re-instated in 2 to 3 hours time. This excuse was made to let LAP off the hook. Independent contractor cut water so he is at fault. NO. LAP are responsible for whoever works on their assets that affects their customers. Who in their right mind would allow a water cut, at close to lunch time, on a festive day? So the contractor is working devoid of any accountability to the public and that LAP is NOT to blame. NO , LAP is to blame because they allowed him to cut the supply on Deepavali, close to lunchtime. What manner of corporate social responsibility do they practice - none, as far as this matter is concerned. Are they even thinking about their customers ? NO, they are thoughtless. We pay for their service, it is NOT FREE. They collect millions and this IS a rotten irresponsible and thoughtless management of the supply of potable water. The least LAP could have done was to provide a day's notice so that we may store some water for the impending disruption. Why can they not think of this ? Is this typical of a government office? Forget corporate, they'll never survive the corporate challenges and will go bust without their golden crutch. On top of that, their customers will suffer immeasurably. So LAP please buck up and do your job properly. Any contractor wishing to work on active potable water pipes must get a "wayleave" from LAP before any work is allowed to commence. In the conditions of the wayleave, they must state how long they will take to re-instate the supply or face a monetary penalty. Notices must be sent to the affected consumers. Maybe on top of that, the contractor must arrange and pay for tankers to send water to the affected residents after 6 hours or more of disruption. If a layman can think of some of these ideas why can't LAP Corporate do the same ?? Are they not qualified competent professionals ? There was a time when the LAP was the most efficient, well managed and operated agency. This goes back over 30 years, many of my peers worked in LAP at the time. It's gone downhill since. Wake up LAP and behave responsibly towards your consumers. By the way, the potable water to my house was re-instated at 1.35pm. Does not mean what I wrote above can be forgotten.

Worst service because every year during hari raya no water supply. Until now already 4 days no water. Please improve your service. What are you doing every year I need to complain for the same thing.

Kg. Poh every hari raya must have water shortage. Even worst after this current flood, already 2 whole week worst shortage of water. How can we settle the dirty clothes, dirty floor, etc. What is LAP doing?
