★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXPENSIVE + OVERPRICED both owner and management units. Emerald PARK FAR better and worth it for price lol AND NOT WORTH IN IXORA APARTMENT. Why they dont care of elevator ah? Whats wrong with the management? I recommend emerald park better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad management no point having office. They can't even collect parcels. Parcels are sent to a nearby mart where money has to be paid to collect parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeah it can says it good because have nice view and also it's near to the shop such as restoran, bookshop, cyber cafe, mini Market and laundry... But it also have the bad side such as the management is bad because the swimming pool look green and dirty, they noticed that but not take any action... Then the rental fee are expensive and not consistent. The guard are not friendly... The WiFi is extremely slow and no use for me... That's all it up to you to decide... Thanks ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is tidy, clean and hygienic. The set up is simply 4 blocks of apartment blocks for MMU students but tidy. There is a proper toilet in every apartment.
The room set up is with social distancing in mind
It is a safe environment.
There is a swimming pool nearby. There is car park block too. There is a mini market n canteen....
Safe n peaceful.environment.
