First of all, if got zero star I definitely will rate zero star.
The property agents from J A Valley always post the property classifieds online at way below market price RM100-200k but in fact they dun even have the unit available for sale from the owner.
Their dirty strategy is first to get the attention from property buyer, once buyer see their below market price listing and will call them up, they will pretend they have the unit and will check with the owner. Then they only proceed to call up potential sellers to entice them to sell because they can claim got serious buyer on hand. Basically they trying to pressure the seller to sell at ridiculously low price. They even show to seller on whatapps others depressed selling price to further pressure the seller.
After few weeks they fail to get any ridiculous low price from the seller, they will call the buyer to tell them that the unit has been sold at higher price or not available anymore then continue to bring the buyer to see other properties repeat the same old tactics again.
So make it simple, they always use this dirty tactic to push down the property price to get the attention of buyer then only proceed to find desperate sellers sell at the ridiculously low price so that they can close the deal fast and earn the easy commission.

β β β β β Saw the rent advertisement for a shop in Rawang area and contacted the agents. Agents are very slow responsive and when follow up, saying lies that the shop is rented out without any tenants.When asked to owner, still looking out for tenant but waiting for agent updates. One of the worst agents i have met. Be aware of this property agency in future anywhere. Thanks !
