★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from a nice little lady at the cashier, the rest of the staff are rather rude. Instructions and signs are not clear and staff get pretty annoyed when you are lost and can't speak their language.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although it is so much better now, but they used to give you this despise eyes and expression when you do not feel like purchasing a box of doughnuts. Even when you asked for two different plastic bags cuz you bought 2 boxes, they will be reluctantly providing you those plastics. (Happened to me and my friend exactly at this outlet)
During this difficult time while the world is suffering from Coronavirus, they do not provide a box for your purchase of single donuts unless you purchase 3.
As a customer, one should be wearing mask but not eating / drinking while walking around, so the small paper packet is simply not helpful with the situation right now. Hope your service gets better in the future. Regards.
