β β β β β This is the only muslim boutique that I frequent in Puchong. The clothes here are reasonably priced. However, Improvements are in dire need for the fitting rooms. The reasons are that there are no clear indicators or signs whether there is someone inside the fitting rooms. A simple flip over "occupied" or "non occupied" sign would probably solve the aforementioned problem before.
Otherwise, I really like the boutique as the size fittings are generally great for my size, the designs and materials are within my likings.

β β β β β Need to improve on fitting rooms. If you don't want customers to be in the fitting rooms too long, please put maximum duration they can be in them. Several customers only tried 2-3 outfits but the staff already knocked the fitting room doors to change faster. That's not nice of the staff to communicate like that with customers.

β β β β β Pegi time minggu terakhir puasa. Ramai orang even on weekday. Kena queue kalau nak walk in boutique. Double triple panjang queue on weekend.
But u have another option if you don't like to wait and queue like me. You can buy online via their website and choose to post or pick up by yourself if you live nearby. Pick up customer doesn't need to queue with the Walk in customer. Pick up customer can go straight away to the 2nd floor to pick up your item.

β β β β β Bad customer service. The display outfit to try out is limited, but they asked us to find the size that we wanted at the display area but there wasn't any at all. Even they asked us to wait for other customer to try out first which is not guaranteed with the size. Such a bad advice to ask customer to find or wait. People are already queueing outside and we have to wait inside for such thing? That doesn't make any sense. The crowd is huge. Should have prepared in advance to give more display outfits to try out to accommodate the big crowd!
