โ โ โ โ โ J&T ampang sahaja yang slow, semua J&T so far 2 hari sudah sampai J&T AMPANG ini system stuck apa, saya mari self collect pun tak boleh collect cakap self collect tak ada buka harap boleh cepat sikit
 J&T ampang is the only slow one, all J&T so far 2 days have passed since J&T AMPANG, what is the system stuck, I can't even self collect, say self collect, there's no open, hope it can be a little faster

โ โ โ โ โ I thought after the incident where the workers threw away the customers merchandise, the service had improved.
You know what? It gets worse. The workers at the Cargo Distribution Center where you collect your consignment yourself were very rude and not friendly at all. The warehouse feels like a sauna. When my wife wants to collect her consignment...she was told to wait. The consignment arrived on 13th Feb....today 21st Feb...they told her to wait another 3 more days.
If you ask my opinion about this courier, point blank I will tell you it is the lousiest courier service ever existed in Malaysia...not worth your money for their bad service. The government should just close them down. It's a public hazard.
