β β β β β Really troublesome, already 4 days the J&T worker keep update parcel unsuccessful delivery "di luar watuk pejabat/kedai".For receiving parcel shop is open until late night! how come unsuccessful deliver? By right is nobody delivery parcel to the premise! Their only seat in store keep update unsuccessful deliver(go for easy)and ignore parcel will be return back to seller and it will trouble Buyer &Seller. So have to self collect from Pick up point, otherwise parcels will return to seller and waste time for wait nothing. I prefer Pos laju service, much more PROFESSIONAL.
