Cannot accept .. not goods broken but the parcel was torn on purpose ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New J&T branch. Service a bit slow, took me 30++ minutes to drop my item. Maybe due to the SOPs in place allowing only 3 person at the inside at a time.
However, suggest to add more staff to sort the consignment instead of only a staff attending the customers, printing the waybills and do the sorting. Turnaround time can be improved
