Jnt the longer the worse the service. Irresponsible management. The telephone line is not working. Well close this service jer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sampai harini, dah masuk hari 23 barang diperap kat bangunan ni. Dah 3 kali aku pergi untuk self pickup, tapi tak boleh masuk2 sebab pagar berkunci dan ada notice "tidak dibenarkan self collect pada tarikh xx-xx-2022". Ketiga2 hari aku pergi, diorang main tukar je tarikh kat papan notice tu. Woi, kalau tak reti nak hantar barang orang, at least bagi la customer masuk pick sendiri barang dia bodoh!! korang tu syarikat PENGHANTARAN barang bukannya syarikat PENYIMPANAN" barang!!!
To this day, it has been 23 days since the goods were marinated in this building. I've gone 3 times for self pickup, but I can't go in because the fence is locked and there is a notice "self collect is not allowed on xx-xx-2022". The third day I left, people changed the date on the notice board. Woi, if you don't want to send people's goods, at least for the customer to come in and pick the goods themselves, he's stupid !! You are a DELIVERY company, not a STORAGE company !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong la tutup je tmpt ni korang perap brg customer 2@3 bulan tak pe ,customer decide nak pick up dtg lmbt sikit korang send balik sbb customer tak pick up cepat . Eh org byr utk korang hntr brg tahu tak customer dtg pick up pon terpaksa bkn suka2 . Bila ckp pandai plak bkn kiteorg yg kua kan utk send balik brg tp HQ yg buat

Otak letak mana korang ni management berterabur.
Korang call customer pon tak nk inform brg please pick up before this date ke apa ke.
Aku dtg pon terpaksa sbb brg yg korang patut send tu tak smpai dah bape bln.
Tmpt aku received pon bole kata 10mins je dri tmpt korang .
Aku dtg sia2 je buang masa aku nk je aku maki2 kat situ.
Please ar buat keje tu betul2 sikit yg org atasan pon tgk ar tmpt2 anak buah korang tu buat ap .
Brg aku dri china pon da sampai .
Yg lain kalo bole nk beli brg check ar mana tmpt die drop kalo kene kat sini ckp kat sender tak payah pakai JnT sebb branch mmg bermasalah or tak payh pakai langsung .Byr mahal sikit pon tak pe delivery dri jd bnde tak di elok.
Buat semua org rugi masa duit k.Lepas ni mmg aku akn ckp kat sender pakai delivery lain as long NOT JNT EXPRESS

Paid for delivery service but still must endure stress and chase after your non 'existing' service..
Emails and calls with no answer and finally had to drive there. Was told to give them time to locate item!
