After 5 days my item still at there warehouse not yet deliver... Hey J&T can ask your workers do their job properly???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my parcel has been and still hold by J&T for more than a week, no pick up of call, J&T hotline is not functioning, this branch contact also no one is servicing, my parcel status mentioned attempt to deliver DAILY but fail due to out of office hour. MY OFFICE HAS A 24/7 GUARD TO RECEIVE PARCEL MIND YOU. KALAU X BUAT KERJA TU JUST SAY YOUR BRANCH IS OVERLOADED STATUS, BKAN ADA BUAT KERJA TAPI X DPT HANTAR!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there in person just this morning to collect my parcel which has been on hold for over a week. You can try and self-collect but note that they may take up to a day to find your parcel because of the large volume of items in their warehouse.
Most of the staff in these warehouses quit due to low pay (RM0.30 per parcel), but everyday there's still thousands of new parcels coming in to their warehouse. According to the few staff left, there's around 20,000 parcels stuck because they have no riders to send them out. They know there's a problem but J&T's upper management is still routing parcels to warehouses which are understaffed and they can't do anything about it.
So if you go, be kind to the workers there ya! Don't scold them for problems they did not cause when they're trying their best to help you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have very unfortunate delivery service from J&T from this particular branch. parcel arriving earlier than expected & tracker showing my parcel in and out for delivery. wondering what exactly J&T is doing? trying to call this particular branch & no one answering the call. why have to put your phone number on the website if this your customer unable to communicate with you. My address is only few meter away from your branch and you cannot allocate my location ? well you unable to identify the address you can give me a call instead??? tracker showing my parcel to klang, shah alam & petaling ..... your reason on the tracker was u received my parcel outside the working hours every day.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel stuck here for 6 days. Went to self collect but they said cannot collect today maybe tomorrow. Didn't hear from them since. Messaged customer service on J&T website to cancel my parcel but no agent. Worst courier service ever. Paid for shipping but still need to go collect yourself. Do not use J&T.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless delivery branch! Not even deserved 1 star! Everyday status said fail to deliver. But, I'm sitting at home 24hrs 7 days a week, no one come and no one contact me too. To all seller, don't ever use J&T if your customer is at kota kemuning area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to retrieve my one month delayed parcel. They are very short of staff, there are still delivery on going but I bet it is all delayed. They manage to retrieve everyone’s parcel queueing here within 15-20 minutes. This one I have to give them compliments and so far everyone is working hard. Other than that this branch need to manage their business properly or else really meaningless.
