My order due date supposed on 24th July. My order oredy reached LEX facility hub on 22nd July but still not moved I'll understand it take time until on 24th July I called the customer service said they will send on the same the most earlier then ok.. I can except it until the next day also I didn't receive my parcel on 26th I called again customer service they said they will report the case.. Actually the 1st time customer call up should investigate what is going on but 2nd time I called the answer only reported this is the way cox when asked customer stay at home bought online they service must be more professional act until 28th I called up the customer service again in the evening only i see my shipment status moved on.. If the customer service based on shipping status customer ownself can check with it.. Customer just want to know what is going on with the facility hub cox we can't go for self pickup.. The facility hub within my address only 12km away.. Also took 6 days only i can receive the parcel.. This is the most failure service.. Please upgrade your delivery service from the hub.. Thank you

Lazada Management, I would like to express my frustration again regarding on Lazada courier service which is located at Shah Alam sorting hub. I was really confused and failed to understand why the Shah Alam sorting hub kept the item for such a long time and refused to send it over to kuantan hub? Shall the management look into this matter seriously? Case ID: 2050000051250739 Order Number: 299533793368999 image.png image.png The Shah Alam sorting hub just kept the item for long time and no sign of delivery status. Lazada taken weeks for delivery for local order which are longer than I order things from China. If the center cannot be operated, stop taking the order! So I shall predict every single parcel to kuantan nowadays are taken more than 5 days delivery since the lorry from Shah Alam hub only willing to move once a week to Kuantan? I am really not sure what happened to this hub and management shall resolve this issue immediately. The center just kept the item forever and ever..... Moreover, such an incident did not happen at other online shopping platforms such as shopee. They are overloading as well however the parcel will still moving as soon as possible without just keeping at their sorting center. This would be my last time for shopping at Lazada since the incident already happened twice. I shall request to proceed to close my account after this last parcel is received... The complaint been made via your customer service officer however most of them have no clue why the order stuck at "Shah Alam sorting hub" . Very very bad service. Should boycot their business. We paid for what we bought but they decided to keep the items until only God knows when. Boooooo???????????

Worst courier in Malaysia. Parcel stuck for 10days++ not being delivered. And they don't even have any contact number to call.

Their schedule shows that they aren't busy so why can't they just deliver my parcels that have been sitting in the station for 4 days ?!! I try to sympathize ,maybe there's some problem somewhere, so I called them 2 times to stress my frustration but when I asked why isn't my parcel being delivered when it has arrived in the station for a few days already? But the response I got was the price of my parcels and the estimated delivery date ,and the receiver sounded like a computer rather than a human ! Computers can't understand my frustration duh. Worst statio ever

Delivery man ( Muhammad Fareez Sapari) claimed he delivered my parcel @24 May [email protected] with POD clearly picturing not my home. And for not a clear proof.

Im very frustrated with this hub. This is 2nd time happened when my parcel from china hub deliver within 3 days and stucked at Shah Alam hub for more than a week??? Q 1st time happened, they updated that delivery attempt has failed. But they did not attempt anything.. they lied. never made any attempt. No one call nor meet the security guard. Then next day they said delivery attempt failed. I check, it says to check the item delivery still within SLA. I dont mind, but why lied? Then after the next day, They Cancelled my order and refunded with reason, "item being intercepted" .. what the heck . So 2nd time occurrence, i ordered on 23rd mar, parcel from china received on 26th. Then on 28th it went to Puchong Hub and delivered to Shah alam hub on 30th. Since that, no movement until today 6th April. I called the customer service name Sha throw my frustration and she could understand my feelings n no idea what happened to the hub. 2 time i called customer service agent name Seri, she was so defensive kept on saying about delivery date which i already aware it will be on another 2days. She Never want to know customer problem and cut off the conversation until i became tense. I asked the hub contact number to call my self since the agent incapable to do it as LAZADA did not provide contact number on shah alam hub. She provided the number without checking if the number is correct or not. She gave the Lazada contact centre number instead which im on call with her and asked me to google. So frustrated with lazada service. Shah Alam Hub is worst than poslaju. If only i have choice...
