★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by this J&T place at Kuchai Business Park (the location was pretty vague and somehow found it at the last row of shop-office lots above NSK Kuchai Lama). Wanted to drop off an item for delivery but was informed by the workers that this place is not open for customer drop offs. They directed me to another J&T shop nearby at Kuchai Lama where I managed to drop my item off. The exact location of this 2nd shop is next to M Lounge 2 Restaurant (basically the next row of shops when you see Old Town Coffee Shop).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the worst courier ever. they lost my package, said they didn’t. had all the proofs and screenshots that they package was supposed to be with them already. what’s worse is they don’t pick up the call and extremely poor service when you go there to settle the issue yourself. pretty much useless. would recommend to refrain from using this courier if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did not pickup your calls at all! Even if they did, they put you on the line without listening to you. My parcel is always stucked at here for 3-5 days without no reason. “On hold because out of business hour”. Then what are you doing during the business hour? Lepak, makan2? I had 2 missing parcels here and none of them take any action.

@J&T please look into this issue of poor service!
