โ โ โ โ โ Fast & efficient delivery courier service eventho it's a bit pricey in compare with other courier service. Recently tried to deliver a package to oversea. Due to MCO, they dont deliver & especially China (the front desk lady are nice enough to explain to me bout the extra surcharge too). So you guys might wanna call to confirm before you make your trip there if you wanna attempt overseas delivery

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service and very slow!!!! Keep postpone postpone. Sender send parcel since 23rd Dec21 until now 5 Jan 22. I still didn't get the parcel. Better don't use this service to use other vendor!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Tracking system said my parcel is at SKYNET KUCHAI LAMA, but when I went there to pick up myself, they said it is at Ampang. Really waste my time

โ โ โ โ โ Really bad service, bad attitude to customers and irresponsible. very slow delivery, said out for delivery but didn't make it then keep saying lorry got problem. Seriously??? lorry got problem everyday???? ??????????

Skynet Kuchai Lama is too inefficient that they reroute a lot of their shipment to another branch in Ampang (which they confusingly considers the Ampang branch as their Kuchai Lama branch as well).
Don't bother calling the main Kuchai Lama hotline number as the front desk receptionist doesn't care to pick up the phone when it rings, even when I am standing right in front of the receptionist.
I had to drive there to demand an update for my parcel that was stuck in Kuchai Lama branch for 2 weeks, to which they carelessly route my parcel to the Ampang branch due to the Kuchai Lama branch being overloaded with shipments.

โ โ โ โ โ I checked your google maps and it was stated that you were open. I then ordered Lalamove to deliver a parcel & found out you were closed. I was CHARGED EXTRA for the parcel to be delivered back. What type of service is this??!! Please do not have wrong info stated on google. Worst experience ever.
