★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a cat in the premise, and apparently that cat is the only one that is friendly and nice enough to every walk-in customers.
The staffs doesn’t really want to answer your questions, looking away and asked us to go to j&t plentong instead. Very unprofessional.
They were the one missing my parcel and now I’m being kicked away from one j&t to another.
Just answer the bloody phone and tell me where my parcel is!
