Need go to their facebook page la, need to message them HI la, need to wait for their form so that customer can enter the details to their form la, submit and wait for QR code la and etc. Gosh... J&T Mutiara Rini called it SMART wo... Speechless. Customer does all the work, self-services, then why your price does not go down?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told to wait for 45 minutes cause they want to load parcels into the lorry when i walk in to drop my parcel which later I get only 5 min service in other branch. I thought for them to serve me take quite a ‘time’. They should told me before I enter their branch or close it for 45min so that im not wait them like kayu there and wasting my 10min there.

Seriously something wrong with this J&T branch as they insist want to open and check your package even if it’s just some office documents.
I seriously think they have bad intentions to do that or maybe plan to STEAL customers personal details by opening up the packages.They can certainly misuse this so called checking ruse!
Multimedia Commision of Malaysia should be investigating this branch for their dubious activity.They might stealing 3rd party personal data.
What kind of courier service that wants to open up your packages??
