★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During this MCO, its been a difficult times for all Malaysians and J&T courier personnel. I like to say Thank You to 2 J&T Johor personels. They are Mr Steven and Miss Nor Ariefah binti Mohammad. Due to some circumstances, my parcel is delayed at J&T Petaling Old Town. It was these 2 persons who followed up for me until my parcel is delivered. At this stressful times, they were professional, patient at their jobs. Thank you for your hard work!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service Parcel collect at 6th till know not yet. Checking at status on 10th delivery and now status parcel overnight at Tmn sri Yaacob from 10th till now...Apa ni?........service yg nak kena maki. I x nak kasi star tpi trpaksa kasi sbb x bleh nak submit this post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very late service and dissapointed with j&t lately due to pending item not been delivered in such a long period of time in branch office. unlikely j&t in melaka..please and please do improve the service and make a contact with the subject if there is anything wrong and could not distribute the delivery due the timeline.come on malaysia! we're putting our trust only in hero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor poor service and delivery. My parcel picked up on 6th May 2020 sent to sepang selangor but until now 16th May still stuck at SGB Gateway (according to the update) and the receiver has complained not receive yet. It's a very nonsense & unreasonable reply they're unable to sent 1 parcel to the place have to wait until got others parcel come in. What is the COURIER EXPRESS mean ❓❓❓I think you Better Close down your company and don't said j&t is no. 1, my review is ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear J&t, I just received a parcel from your delivery man, he didn't call or press the door bell, just throw the parcel in, I was standing at door side watching at him throwing the parcel and he doesn't realised that. What a good service from your J&t.
Hope your J&t closing soon.. The most Lousy courier that I have met so far.
