★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel saya dah 3 hr sampai Segamat,mesej nk anta dah 2 hr,asyik pospone,terlebih waktu kerja,J&T bandar utama, kalau nk anta barang, tolong anta sebelum PK 12 tengahari..senang, tak payahlah buat orang tertunggu,..etika kerja xde,x reti nk call sebelum anta barang.. apa guna customer letak ni tpon kat resit penghantaran.. kerja senang Jd sudah.. sila perbaiki perkhidmatan..
My parcel has arrived in Segamat for 3 days, the message has been waiting for 2 days, fun to postpone, overtime, J&T main town, if I have to wait for the goods, please wait before PK 12 noon..happy, don't bother waiting for people, .. ethics xde work, x reti nk call before waiting for the goods .. what is the use of the customer placing this tpon on the delivery receipt .. easy work Jd already .. please improve the service ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau ada pilihan takde bintang, mmg takde bintang boleh bagi. Barang seminggu dah dekat segamat. Tapi tak hantar2. Nak mogok pun agak2 lah. Bila amek barang, nak dekat sejam tunggu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel tak terima sampai sekarang.. Asyik update hold on masa dah terlebih.. Tunggu2 tak dapat parcel pegi sendiri nak collect parcel pun leceh.. Dalam pekerja hanya 2 orang saje.. Ramai berapa sampai kat main road..gila betul... Tunggu berapa jam ..apa hal dgn j&t ..kalau tak boleh hantar janganlah ade dalam shopee .. Kita bayar postage tau.. Bayar still nak collect sendiri... Tolong ambik tindakan

There are only 2 employees .. How many people get to the main road..it's really crazy ... Wait how many hours ..what's the matter with j & t ..if you can't send don't go to the shopee .. We pay postage you know .. Pay still want to collect yourself ... Please take action

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nak collect barang sendiri pon lambat tp tu xpela,xkesah sangat,tp atleast sediakan la kerusi utk customer yg menunggu... bape lame nak tunggu dgn bediri..
I want to collect my own stuff, it's a bit slow, but it's very difficult, but at least provide a chair for customers who are waiting ... lame bape, I want to wait standing up ...
