★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Try to call any of the jnt outlet in Perlis. They will never pick up the phone. Im trying for 3 working days. Non of them picked up my call. There won't be next time to support jnt. Switching to poslaju back. They responded very well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel already arrived at drop point but still on hold for days, call but didn't answer, what kind of business you're company running here J&T?! Even the other branches of J&T basically are light years more responsive than this.
If you can't comprehend the usage of a telephone as a medium of communication with the customers because of how they will react to your incompetent business practices, just terminate your landline number.
People mock PosLaju for being slow and tardy, but premium private courier services like you guys are way worst.
To the people whom might read this review, do yourself a favor and use PosLaju instead - at least they care more about their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barang on hold dekat sebulan di Pen Getway. Claim pon pyh. Customer service x membantu. My parcel worths more than rm300 are cobsidered gone?? Wasting time and energy calling jnt staff and supervisors. None can give details of what happens to the parcel that has never reached its destination. JNT is gone case!!!
