★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sh*tty service. Parcel arrived at this branch for more than a week yet they did not arrange for the parcel to be delivered. And their staff doesn't pick up phone calls. I've called them every 10 min for 2 hours but no one pick up the call. Decided to go pick up myself and had me waited for half an hour before asking what's my parcel number. After given them then number I has to wait for another hour before I was told my parcel is with one of their courier van. Ended up I have to call the courier guy myself to arrange where to meet and get parcel. Worst courier service in Penang!
