★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service !One of the malay lady that wears spectacles has a very bad attitude! If have 0 star I am definitely to rate it! I dropped off the parcel on 22/11/21 and requested her to scan the item by that day. She promised to scan but ended up didn't. GENTLE REMINDER: PLEASE SENT THE PARCEL TO MY CUSTOMER ASAP! OTHERWISE I WILL COMPLAINT TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES SOON!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here very lazy leh, ask us to timbang the parcel ourselves and ask us about the weight and then don't trust us somemore ask us bring to timbang again, attitude is unwilling to work, abit lansi, and didn't even ask us need the parcel bag ornot just straight away stick the airway bill, i guess she is too lazy to put my parcel into the bag at the end very reluctant to put the parcel in the bag and then give me another ask me to put myself.... What an excellent attitude of work!

But when I go in at 8 the girl are told me closed ?!? Than I mention ur opening hour is until 8:30 right she said yes but service until 8 only ! !! She rather sitting there chitchat with others also don wan to serve me !
Okieeeee if u really wanna do this please change ur opening hour at google That is no point to tell people u r opening until 8:30 but u actually only work until 8 !!!!
That why I always choose Chinese worker J&t ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My worst experience with a parcel service ever. The one in pandan Indah was ok...but the warehouse? I feel sorry for anyone who uses jnt delivery for they treated post and parcels like trash. If there's a minus star... they'll get the lowest from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service. But I still do think J&T as a whole should take care not to damage the parcel. If there is obvious damage they should bring it back to seller instead of trying to trick the buyer that delivery is well. Sending a photo not showing the damage when notifying customer/buyer via mobile is a trickery and is a sign of no integrity. Be better. See photos, the one not showing the bottom part was the photo sent to me via WhatsApp when the item was delivered. Second photo was the one I took when I arrived in the evening to pick it up from the guardhouse.
