โ โ โ โ โ Staff were very rude and unprofessional. Theyโre lack of information. I was told to drop off my item which I bought through Lazada at J&T. No payment was required as its one of Lazadaโs return policy. The staff insisted me to pay for the packaging. Since I was unhappy with the service, I went to J&T Pandan Indah. Theyโve assisted me accordingly and did not ask for any payment.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad experience, this branch 1pm-2pm close for rest time. Customer lunch time just available for drop off, other branch didn't close on rest time. This branch need to improve.
