β β β β β Super kurang ajar!!I didn't receive my parcel while the status show delivered so I call n asked, they just replied: saya ada customer sekarang....Without hang up the phone or say nothing further just let the call go on....Put aside , ignore....!! Waited for ten minutes ...What kind of service? And I called again ,no pick up the call anymore

Edit your business hour, don't waste people's time.

β β β β β The worst bloody service ever!!!! my parcel was misrouted to Sg Petani instead of KL to Selangor. Unreliable customer service agents whom repeating the same statement again and again. I sent my parcel via express service and now it has been 2 days my parcel was not delivered yet!!! Never use this courier again. They are just so inefficient, don't know how to do business just shut the whole thing and don't put people in a terrible situation.

β β β β β No value in running courier service as everytime i come they simply close and lock the door and nobody in front at counter, even it is daytime hour .seriously? where is your professionality is that even one staff to back up at the counter.really waste people time and effort to come sending courier.DO NOT LOCK THE DOOR !!!!!!

β β β β β Worst j&t branch ever. Lazy and not attentive staff, they don't bother to scan your shopee parcels. Taking many hours to scan. sent parcels before 4pm on weekday but they only scan the next morning. Avoid this branch unless no choice, hope their management can look into the issue
