The service was disappointing..the dispatcher sent it to the wrong house then told me to take back the item to send to my house, it was slow..I want to pay compensation, he said

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Makin lama makin teruk j&t sini. Dulu okay, skrg dah tak okay. Skrg hari jumaat pon dah banyak kali tak hantar, alasan “On Hold - Shop/Office/School not operating”. Xtau laa mmg dah tutup hari jumaat ke ape. Call x angkat, niat nak p ambik sendiri. Kot2 dah bawak keluar barang. Nie pukul 6.30pm x sampai2 lg. wallahualam kalau nak hold lg.
The longer the worse j & t here. It used to be okay, now it's not okay. Now on Friday, the pound has not been sent many times, the reason is "On Hold - Shop/Office/School not operating". Xtau laa mmg dah tutup hari jumaat ke ape. Call x lift, intention to p ambik own. Kot2 has brought out the goods. Not at 6.30pm x until 2 p.m. wallahualam kalau nak hold lg.
