Even when I called customer service, they kept telling me to wait and then call the next day if I still haven't received my parcel.
I understand that there is a pandemic going on, but the fact that other people buying the same thing can get it in 2 days and I had to wait an extra 3+ days is infuriating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The few pin locations are not correct. It is along Kuchai Lama, one left turn lane before KFC (from Old Klang Road direction). It's the small lane between the primary school (Thai food restaurant) and the big frontage HJ Seafood Restaurant. They are all way to the rear of that warehouse like building (which has a studio and club.). Very bumpy lane in and many potholes. Turn right at the end of the lane. Only good thing, lots of parking space back there. (The highway is visible from the carpark, but can't get on it.) Good luck finding it. Staff willing to help, but they don't have an organized way, so will take a while for them to look for a courier number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch is easily one of the worst, keeping parcels for no apparent reason. Parcels arriving at the same time or later but picked up by kuchai lama kul501 could be delivered timely, but not this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Call to this hub totally no answer call, parcel been stuck here for few days no delivery at all. Direct come self pick up, wait for long time they told need time to find and given reason lack of manpower, in fact few staff wearing J&T uniform is playing football behind the hub. ALL THE J&T STAFF here TOTALLY NO WEAR FACEMASK including receptionist while the covid case is keep increasing now with daily 20k+ cases!
