★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shopee express is really unprofessional at delivery. All the items in the oug hub are just simply throw beside. Their working surrounding is dirty and unhygienic which is really unbearable compared to other courier service. Never use shopee ‘express’ ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never knew Shopee Express has a subsidiary called Shopee SLOTH. MANGKUK BETUL, so many of my parcels arrived at OUG Hub and just sits there for days. Still holiday mood ke? If tak nak kerja, baik tutup sahaja hub ni, bodoh betul. Gaji buta! I HATE Shopee Express it annoys me when we cannot pick which courier to use at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had many items being delivered at the same time and each time the parcel that arrived at OUG HUB will be stuck there for days. No such problem from J&T and DHL. Killed my plants because of it. There is a parcel of mine that arrived on the 18th and today is already the 25th and still hasn't been delivered. It's ok if it is a one time thing but now every time I see OUG Hub on my tracking, I know I will have to wait a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their delivery service is useless. Parcel has been stuck with shopee for 14 days. I went there to pickup also they can't find it. Wasted my time for 14 days. Allow us to choose our own courier please. Stop forcing us to use your useless delivery service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel is stuck here for 15 days. Since I urgently need the parcel, I went to the hub and tried to self pickup. The staff said Kuchai area no driver, and mountains of parcel were staking outside the hub, so it's hard to find my parcel. The staff even suggested me to apply for refund, which has no point at all. Truly disappointed to their service, and disappointed to Shopee as well for not allowing buyer to choose logistic company anymore. This is so ridiculous and shouldn't happen in a logistic company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once your items go here, you’ll most likely never receive them. Shopee will only give you one option - request for refund. Okay Shopee, I’m so glad to have waited weeks just to start over my purchase somewhere else, when sales is already over. Thank you so much! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well Shopee, I’m disappointed that you likely looks like to monopoly logistic industry. Some courier service out there still have its own advantages and needed for the community. If you not capable to manage your own courier service with the large volume of parcels properly, then do not giving us only one option to use your own courier service la. My item have been stuck there for two weeks.
