β β β β β My tracking record shows my parcel has reached Tampin but was transferred to another place. However, the receptionist's tracking record shows that it has never reached Tampin. Apparently they have two conflicting tracking records, one for the customers, another for their crew.
Besides, the receptionist's attitude is very bad. It's likely my friend and I won't use J&T's service again.

24th May already reach Tampin J&T branch but already 5 days (29th May) still unable to send out parcel. Lousy J&T branch ever, please take action on this branch due to this will drag down whole J&T performance in Malaysia because of 1 branch.
Anyone face this problem on this branch too ?
So far this is my 2nd case on this branch. .....

β β β β β Tracking status showed parcel has arrived at the branch, no action of delivery after few days. Few calls to office no pick up, contact J&T chat room was informed due to high volume of goods, unsatisfied service.

β β β β β Parcel arrived few days, not sending out. After work go to self collect, tell me until 5pm only. I already at the centre, ask me come tomorrow. Tell me if not, can ask refund from shopee. How? What you aspect customer to do? Apply leave for collect from you? If can't handle it, please close it. If can, I won't give even 1 star. Service was terrible, no delivery, limit customer to self collect.????????????????????
