★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J&T in Selangor and KL is very good interm of services and time but Temerloh branch is the worst J&T branch, they never pick up calls and for the third time I send my parcel they always said that the delivery is unsuccessful ??? Ive been waiting in my house the whole day and none of the J&T despatch is coming to send. End up I always have to pick up the package at the centre. J&T express Temerloh branch is very late in sending stuff and dont put your office number if you never pick up the call. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst branch. They close at 5.30pm, when the operating hour stated (at the door & google) said 8pm.
I've always had great experience at J&T (TTDI branch mostly). But this branch, i've went to for 3-4 times, but staffs service are so bad. They were chatting with each other, while filling customer's shipping details- not even acknowledging customers. I don't want this kind of service from frontliner please. If they could work faster, that will ease the long queue. Owner please take action

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The parcel preparation and registration services at J&T Temerloh are quite efficient, and the workers there are friendly to approach. Besides, the delivery duration from Temerloh to Johor is fast, it just took 3 days to reach there. But what I am not satisfied with is the poor attitude of the delivery man, who sent the parcel to the receiver house, and just simply informed the reciever via whatsapp without calling the name. The matter I would like to highlight here is the parcel had been put with 'fragile' sticker, and the deliveryman like didn't see the sticker, and just throw the parcel over the gate. My cookies inside are cracked like 40%. I'm upset with the attitude of the delivery man, and please take actions to this matter. Thanks
