β β β β β Went there for Shopee free return. Other outlet provide free plastic packaging but this outlet charges 30 cents for the plastic packaging. Bad service.

β β β β β Nice, clean, fast and friendly staff. Only disadvantage is they open 9.30am which is slightly late. Would be great if can open 8am so that can cater for working adults where they can drop off the items before going to office.

β β β β β Everything also must pay. Courier bag charge 0.30 where other place charge only 0.20.
Now they don't allow self print paper type AWB, only thermal printing (sticker) AWB and charges 0.50 for printing the AWB.
So those people who don't have thermal printer are force to get one or have to pay 0.50 for them to print it.
Who knows next there might be charges just for entering the door for drop-off.
