1st time they called after they arrive so I was not home and I requested to reschedule my delivery.
21/7/21:
2nd time at 3.43pm the girl messaged me to inform she was coming. Apparently I did not realize that she had called me when she reached. There was no messaged sent as well. This may have been my mistake but the way she responded to my message when I checked if she was coming today because I wanted to make sure around 6.14pm was so rude. All she had to do was say that she called.but I did not answer n I would have been totally fine. Please have a little customer service in the job.

Finally received the parcel safely, specially thanks to the courier (contact number ending with 0730) which is responsible, informed via WhatsApp before attempting to send the parcel and finally within the mentioned office hours. Because of the responsibility that the delivery guy showed, this review earn itself another 2 stars specially for the delivery guy only.

Very very very bad experience with this particular NinjaVan OUG hub. Purchased something from Lazada and so unfortunate it had to be with NinjaVan OUG hub for the delivery. Within Lazada system already mentioned the receiving address is an office address, only available from Monday - Friday 09:00A.M. - 06:00P.M.. But this hub totally ignore it.

First Attempt - At 23:29 Delivery is unsuccessful - Delivery failed due to unexpected issues at NinjaVan's end. We're very sorry & we'll have your parcel delivered the next working day. Which crazy courier deliver parcel at such time!? As mentioned above it's an office address who will be there at near midnight!?
16 / NOV / 2021
Second Attempt - At 19:25 Delivery is unsuccessful - Our Ninja was at location, but could not reach the recipient. Again after office hours
17 / NOV / 2021
Third Attempt - Called up their customer service hotline and asked about the delivery status. Customer service mentioned that their delivery service will be from 10:00A.M. - 7:00P.M. (But first two attempts all over 7:00P.M.) When writing this review it's 4:37P.M. and still no calls or messages from the delivery man, big chances the parcel will still remain fail to be delivered. If third attempt fail again due to their internal arrangement and shipping problem, the product will be return to seller and have to wait for refund and reorder again.
CONSLUSION
Stay away as far as you can from this NinjaVan OUG hub. Not a surprise there's only 2.0 out of 5.0 rating (By the time leaving this review) over 36 Google Reviews. If empty star rating is an option, I will not hesitate to do so.
NinjaVan OUG hub should be seriously taken into supervision by their HQ and be thankful to Google because Google is kind enough for setting lowest 1 star as a compulsory in order for people to rate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninjavan should be blacklisted as courier partner / service in Malaysia. Unprofessional & amateur service provided bottom up. NINJAVAN MANAGEMENT is to be blamed if no improvement ever observed after gazillions of complains from customer. And SME pun you dont have to use their service la, so bad.
My order they said unsuccessful deliveries but they didnt even call me. The num I provided is correct unless the despatch just updated in system but makan gaji buta.

TODAY, thats what they supposed to do. written in their website. but at the end around 6.30pm they send message that im not around. im not home. omg, what the hell. your courier dont even come to my house. stupid. please send my parcel by tomorrow. already rescheduled im your website. i even called, not even pick up. atleast if you guys not able to send, you can call me. ill pick up by myself. stupid. wasted my time waiting for you today. 4 days from melaka to kl. add on tomorrow, 5 days. poor service.

Very bad in service even I call also they pick up and not replying me they just doing like hell. I don't know what to tell about this courier. This courier need band cause not well service. Very disappointed with this courier team Ninja Van.
