β β β β β Call never pick up, one buyer's parcel got stuck for 3 weeks and in shopee stated as 'delivered' while it's didn't. Who'll be responsible for the item value. And what will you do to my parcel if the only reason to not be delivered properly is 'shopee can refund the money' ??????? I want my buyer to get the item not a refund.
