β β β β β Very bad service..my parcel should be delivered 23/4 but now until 28/4 not received yet. Call office j & t bagan serai no pick up..maybe no one work during Mco..call the dispatcher tel.. Also no pick up.. Please improve your service .

β β β β β So bad delivery, it took so long time to get my parcel ,it stuck many days at office and keep show on the website that my parcel on the delivery,however the parcel didnt arrive at my home. I call the dispatcher so many times but the phone was turned off.

β β β β β Iβm sorry but you guys work like an exhausted sea snails. Its Eid Ul Adha, not Eid Ul Fitr and this is no MCO. Most companies already work at full capacity. No excuse delay because of lack of manpower. Thatβs just silly. This is not the first time J&T delivery in charge messed up.
You called me to ask whether I have received the item? Whatβs tracking number for? Youβll know in the system it says βParcel is at J&T Hubβ so thereβs no way I have received the item. Its been couple of days late past delivery date. You should change your front desk worker too as she is very unprofessional in handling complaints.
I forgot to ask for her name because of her insignificance and attitude. Low class. Iβd be sure to use other courier service from now on as J&T Bagan Serai particularly suck.
Waste my 5 mins on the phone. Gonna make a formal complaint to J&T HQ.

β β β β β my 1st experience using JNT Bagan staff at the counter wrongly put number 08000 Kedah
instead of 86000 Johor
which my customer complained it to me we both have bad experiences in the end :(
I hope JNT fixed the way how customer to use the services and way on giving information details
I gave the counter services info by using my phone notes but they still wrongly put the number well human mistakes
but no recheck by the services person or customer to see it??
should ve give customer receipt for both address
and show us the screen for both address so we can confirmed it theres no wrong misinformation being put!! i dont like talking one by one info
just show us! plus w mask its hard to communicate even more if the person is sick during this covid19 pandemic. (im easily sick type of person when im tired overworked :D)
I was so worried already felt everything went to smooth end up yes wrong info :) sigh im too trusted on human workers

β β β β β As of 8/2/2022, I dealt with the same staff on duty at the receptionist area for twice and I am really unhappy, uncomfortable and highly dissatisfied with said staff's cranky + disinterested + lazy attitude. In fact, she suggested to use posstore's courier service due to shortage of staffs to process the parcel (in a very agitated manner). Not surprised to see number of reviews showed dissatisfaction towards the said staff. J&T should consider recruiting receptionist with pleasant personality and nature. Thank you !
