โ โ โ โ โ I hv experience sending the fragile item, i keep on reminding the lady in front to put the fragile sticker, she said 'ok' and send it to wrap first, but actually she didnt put any sticker on it which resulted a broken item when reached the location!

โ โ โ โ โ My parcel arrived at jnt pbuntar on 31oct and out for delivery the same day. Waited sometime but it didnt reach me. So i've been waiting for 4 days when i call up the receptionist said the dispatcher informed that my shop was closed. What's the used of my phone no on the parcel if u just cant call me. Am not even 4km away from the hub. Call the customer will u if u should've difficulties in reaching them!!
