โ โ โ โ โ I already call many time to ask about my parcel because yesterday it arrive at my home but the runner didnt call me at all to inform me about that. I know about this when my seller ask me about my item did i get it or not, track my parcel at you j&t tracking it said fail so what suspose should i do know? Its pkp do you expect me to collect there by myself?

They all deliver my parcels safe and on time, they are persistent to deliver the parcels even if the address difficult to find. They will do their best to contact you, so just be patient and help them find your address . They will deliver it on your doorstep ?????

โ โ โ โ โ I just don't have good experience with this j&t. They just pack my thing without cautious and not even asking me if i need any box or anything for my parcel. Just pack the parcel according them sesuka hati. I don't care for the price as long as the parcel is been delivered in proper way.

โ โ โ โ โ Personally, i was started and really enjoy using this J&T courier services in Taiping (PRK007) since July 2020. They always give me a good services especially when they were delivered my customer's parcels on the right time or on the promised scheduled time. The best part, they were always delivered all the parcels in a good condition since i never receive any complaints from my dearest customers from all over Malaysia. Alhamdulillah, S Y U K U R ?โบ๏ธโค๏ธ

Besides, all the staff also very approachable and friendly. Whenever i couldn't be able to send my parcels on my own due to some circumstances, i would try to call them whether they are available to pick up my stuff or not.. And most of the time, Alhamdulillah, they can make it to do that. ?

By the way, their business hours from 8am until 8pm. Seriously, as far as i know, this company will be OPEN everyday ?? MashaAllah Tabarakallah โค๏ธ

Would definitely be loyal to use this company services since i am literally still doing SHOPEE online business which is focusing on selling ANAKKU BABY STUFF etc since last year.
