★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is J&T edge dispatch center for Puchong area. First for end-user who are receiving shipments, I would strongly suggest you to not personally come here to pickup, unless absolutely necessary. Just let them deliver to you and not try to walk in to pick up, unless absolutely necessary. Earlier I had called the main call center, which they said it was ok to personally pick up my parcel. But when I arrived here, the sheer amount of packages daily, and I would assume the staff here could be overworked or stressed, the counter staff aren't very keen to help to locate my parcel, and kept asking me to just go home and wait for delivery. (I don't blame them that much, because there is no way, they can sieve through thousands of packages to locate for each person who is walking in). But after I kept insisting, many times, to wait and collect, they reluctantly went to search, which I had waited almost 30 mins. And no other customer was there to pickup. I can understand the stress they are going through there. But finally they did find my parcel, but they were clearly not in too good mood either. Still I am thankful they helped. I would think, at least the call center should pre-amp about collection issues before suggesting customers to go pickup, maybe the central center don't understand how much work these people at the branch have. Anyways, as my main suggestion, let them deliver to you, and come here only if absolutely necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really worst experience, CDC Puchong 301. How can it still be 1.7 star rating it should 0 already. Arrogant driver. I don't mind receiving my parcel late. What i care about the most is the servicing you guys are providing towards customer. I hope you guys improve your services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointed with the service rendered by them, I couldn't understand how they could keep my parcel in their warehouse for 3 working days. Waiting area is at the front door under the sun.
People who came to collect their parcel too share their frustrations, not only they don't pick up phone calls, they don't even wanted to bother.
All the online chats, email are such a waste of time.
No star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever in self collecting parcel. Monday 2pm-4pm. Almost 2 hours of waiting in queue under hot sun (about 10-13 people in queue). And they close at 5pm without giving notice to the customers who are queuing outside (except when you go in and ask them). Service extremely slow. System sucks. Gave tracking code and they could not find my parcel and needed to called the delivery man and wait for his reply. In the end, they ask me to go back and contact the delivery man for parcel. The staffs said they need to take 30minutes to find 1 customer parcel. J&T should improve their self collection system!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second-time experience with j&T without giving a call to the receiver they simply send the message that no one answered the call. Seriously?.. Please sometimes we send some important things by using J&T so pls be responsible for it. One more thing for this CDC PUCHONG 301 please attend the phone call. Calling for so many times. There's no one is answering. What kind of service is this.

They locked the main door, you have to wait outside. I just enter through the side door for staff only and tell them what i need. If you decide to wait, you'll wait till you die. Chances are they won't even come out. Or just knock the door and pressure them. Be ready to fight because they are rude
