★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J&t courier. Please make your service more efficient. How come after a week you did not send my parcel then your system update i need to self collect at your DP. Which is the system said i choose to collect but infact i did not request to be self collect. Im still waiting for your despatch to send me the item. How come you simply change the status without my concern, just to covered up your bad services.
Please do re arrange my parcel to be delivered as given address.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel from shopee has arrived on 4/1/22 at this branch and up till today, 8/1 my parcel is still in transit phase with no further explanations on why is this so. Browse through reviews of this branch, also same problem, totally not learning from your own mistakes.
If you want to hold our parcels at least notify us and tell us the earliest dates that can be delivered, I am pretty sure this would be the most satisfactory response you can give to us. Not leaving us hanging and panicking when the order is urgent and important.
Tried calling this branch number no one picked up. I am pretty sure if there is a 0/5 star option, most of us would have already pick that.
