Padahal alamat dah ada dekat dinding rumah siap bagitau lagi parcel nak letak dekat mana dlm alamat parcel still bagi alasan tiada org terima.. Benda boleh ws kalau nak apa apa detail lagi setakat ambik masa 2-3minit tak lari barang2 lain nak dihantar.. Call cuma sekali 3:30pm jam 4:00pm tgk status delivery dah kena return atas alasan dah sampai ditempat penerima tapi tiada yang terima barang padahal barang tu saya dah bayar online bukan cod letak jelah dekat mana tempat yg sy mention dlm alamat parcel tu.. Kurier lain boleh je ikut awat ninja tak boleh? Teruk servis hampa ni
Call only once, don't pick it up to make a return. This is a really good ninja soup method .. Even though the address is already near the wall of the house, ready to tell me where to place the parcel near the parcel address, still for the reason that no one accepts .. Things can be done if you want any details again, as far as 2-3 minutes, don't run, other items want to be sent .. Call only once at 3:30 pm at 4:00 pm, no delivery status, I have to return for the reason that I arrived at the recipient's place, but no one received the goods, even though I paid online. The code is located near the place I mentioned in the parcel address .. Other couriers can follow the ninja, can't they? This empty service is bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purposely come here to drop off cuz parcel hub closed, however they open the store but claimed they didn't do collection and ask me come again tmr, pls be professional, that why you losse to DHL and JnT. Poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am receiving a parcel during this lockdown period.
1st attempt - I was at the said address the whole day, they claim they delivered but no one is there. No one called, no one rang my doorbell.
2nd attempt - They notify me thru email to deliver on a said date (9am-6pm). Had me waiting there till 4pm, I called them. They checked n tell me 'Sorry, parcel still at warehouse'. So we arranged for self collect instead.
3rd attempt (self collect) - I received a call, 9am+ to notify me that my parcel is ready to collect. I went to their warehouse. They told me parcel already sent out, van is at my address already. I rushed back to my address, no one is there yet. Called the van, he said he is still looking for my address. ETA from warehouse to my address 15-18mins.
Dear sellers, just an advice, if u are sending any parcel pls use other courier service. With this kind of delivery, u will most likely lose your ratings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open on Sunday but parcel drop off not available. I checked Ninja Van's website before heading there and it indicate drop off available. I went all the way there for nothing.
