Yes there were times when my parcels were on hold, but when I call them, if they didn't answer, later I'll receive call from them asking about my problem, and I managed to get my parcels the next day. I'm so grateful, so thankful. Thank you for your service!

β β β β β Bad service, parcel always will delivery delay, item in parcel missing, dispatcher often will send the parcel to other costumer, until we have call any rider to check for it, some more will always not take responsibility until we call HQ, invalid contact number in Google, better shut down this branch if the staff and management cannot take responsibility,
If the costumer have to self pick up then what for have to pay shipping fees...simply waste ?
