★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up a package with this company from MITEC around 2019. The craftsmanship display unit was good so I was having confidence with them. From sales to design discussion was smooth, the nightmare started during the assembly itself. They subcon the work to contractors and the craftsmanship is beyond horrible.
Several mistakes from the contractor, these were acceptable and they will send the contractor to fix it for you after discussion. However, the management attitude is extremely bad. They made a wrong installation on my drawer measurement. Instead of sincerely talk this out with the customer, they say they give you a free locker for 10 ringgit. Hello. You don't compensate my drawer which I already topped up 50. It's not professional at all. Even though I am willing not to pursue this matter further, in order not to trouble the contractor and designer (however this totally caused inconvenience to me because I am the one that will suffer and use the cabinet, I bought additional external drawer online to resolve this), the management attitude is really unacceptable.
Quality of installation and workmanship is lousy, skirting itself flipped open after 3 days on installation. When they send over team to fix this issue, I had to deal with an admin that have issue compiling fixing and quartz installation. They never give us appointment time or be punctual on appointment, they just expect us have nothing to do but sit there whole day to wait for them to show up.
All in all, I would say I wanted to give my recommendation due to the good process I experienced during sales and design phase. However, given my experience during installation and also looking at the quality of the final product, I would recommend everyone to do further study.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired them to change part of the kitchen cabinet which got damaged. It was extremely overpriced compared to others. The only reason why I decided to go ahead with them was because they promised to complete it in 3 weeks. I had no choice since other carpenters were busy. Eventually they completed only after 48 days. It was a nightmare dealing with them especially this guy called Daniel who are extremely rude. They expect full payment before completing the work. The old kitchen cabinet was dismantled and there was no sink, top and stove for a month. My advise will be do a proper survey and go to some old carpenter uncles who are more experienced and reasonable.
