★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hold my parcels for 5 days still no delivery. Finally when they deliver, they just throw inside the gate. Never ring bell, never notify, never call. Luckily my dog never chew my parcel.. and luckily it's not fragile object. So slow and rude. No standards at all.
