β β β β β EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE!
Customers are treated like they owe J&T.
Gave my parcel to the Chinese lady with ponytail, and told her the name of my recipient (which was recorded in their system earlier).
The lady then responded me with a grumpy, inpatient and angry tone, tossing me the paper and pen to write the recipient details.
Cannot ask properly ke? Why have to be so rude? This is not the first time already. Had to tell her repeatedly few times only she get my respond.
What a mood killer.

Can't even say thank you or take care.. as if I owe them their misery..

β β β β β I wish i could give a negative star here! 1 star is way too kind for them!! super lousy service! impolite front desk, pls ask them go back primary school to study moral, if you cant treat customer well pls dont do customer service line!!
i would rather go to sungai long branch even though it's more far distance than this mahkota branch coz i dont want to be treated by their extremely poor attitude!!!

β β β β β Poor service from front desk. Went to return my parcel from lazada but seems like I owe her money. Expecting customer to know how to return an item and just shout βbarcodeβ. Then after scanned the barcode, just put the send er copy on table, didnt say anything. No thank you, no smile, nothing. Everyone has bad day, but donβt throw your tantrum to your customer!
Would suggest to go sungai long branch. They provide better service.

β β β β β Becareful when you parking infront of their shop, my vehicle is scratch and damged severely by their lorry, and when i ask them to provide cctv they just unseen my msg.

β β β β β J&T Mahkota Cheras > J&T Sg.Long. No matter what i still prefer to go this branch. All workers are friendly except 1 chinese lady (all bad reviews referred to her -,-) Still remember when i came early at 8.30am, they haven't open yet so i go to Mamak first. When i came back, the staff already bring my parcels inside the store. Thank you so much!!!
